Validity of Contract of Sale, Product, and Price Information

These conditions of sale apply to purchases made from the online store.

The prices of products in the online store are displayed next to each product. A shipping fee is added to the total price, which depends on the purchaser’s location and chosen shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.

All prices are in Euros (€). Product information is provided next to each product in the online store.

Placing an Order

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping basket. Fill in all required fields and select a shipping method to complete the order. The total cost will be displayed before payment. Payments are securely processed through Maksekeskus AS via the following methods:

Card Payments: Visa / MasterCard

Apple Pay, Google Pay

The personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

The contract enters into force once the payment has been successfully transferred to the online store’s bank account.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock issues or other reasons, the purchaser will be notified as soon as possible. Any payment, including shipping costs, will be refunded promptly, no later than 14 days after notification.

Shipment

Goods are shipped to the following countries: EU, Norway, Switzerland, and the UK.

Available shipping options:

Finland: Posti, Postipaketti - 5.90 € (1-5 business days)

Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: DPD - 4.90 € (1-4 business days)

Other EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, UK: GLS - 9.90 € (5-10 business days)

The purchaser bears the shipping cost, and the respective price information is displayed alongside the shipping method.

In exceptional cases, the online store reserves the right to ship goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

Upon receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.

The purchaser may inspect the goods in a manner similar to an in-store shopping experience. If the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality, the online store has the right to reduce the refund amount based on the decrease in value.

To initiate a return, the purchaser must submit a declaration of withdrawal via email within 14 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal form can be requested at hello@huskybanana.com.

The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal declaration or provide proof of dispatch within this period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund all payments immediately, but no later than 14 days. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received or until proof of return is provided.

If the purchaser selects a shipping method that is more expensive than the store’s standard option, the store is not obligated to reimburse the excess cost.

The online store reserves the right to cancel a sale and request the return of goods if a pricing error significantly deviates from the market price.

Defective Goods

The online store is responsible for any defects in goods that existed at the time of delivery and manifest within two years of receipt. Within the first year, defects are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless the online store proves otherwise.

The purchaser must notify the online store of defects within two months of discovery by emailing hello@huskybanana.com.

If the goods are defective, the online store will repair or replace them. If this is not possible, the store will refund the full amount paid.

All complaints will be addressed in writing within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Data Processing

The online store processes personal data solely for fulfilling orders and delivering goods. Personal data is shared with the transport service provider for shipping purposes.

Newsletters and offers are sent to purchasers only if they have opted in. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via email or by following the instructions in the newsletter.

Settlement of Disputes

All complaints must be submitted via email or phone.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee, which resolves disputes free of charge.

Additionally, disputes may be settled through European Union dispute resolution bodies.
